More than 33 years (6 June 1983-30 June 2016) of experience a rice scientist (Plant Physiologist) at the Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI) with major interest and work the development of rice genotypes and varieties tolerant of abiotic stresses like extreme temperatures, flood and submergence, drought, salinity.
